The recipe for ISO Chilli was created in Melbourne in the 'isolation' period of 2020
Our process
We infuse oil with aromatic spices for hours to achieve a base layer of complex flavour. Chilli flakes and Sichuan pepper corns are then added to boiling oil to create an explosion of spicy flavour and the signature "numbing" sensation that is unique to the Sichuan profile. The oil is then seasoned to perfection to give you ISO Chilli. It is perfect addition to dumplings, stir frys, soups, salads and marinades.
